Pharmacy Museum Rental Rules
Venue Rules & What to Know
Please review the following details carefully. These rules are strictly enforced by the venue.
Rental Time & Entry

Your rental is one hour total, which includes:

Setup
-
Guest arrivals
-
Ceremony
-
Portraits
-
Breakdown and cleanup

If you’d like additional time, let us know and we can provide a quote for an extra hour.

No early entry is permitted.

You may enter the venue 15 minutes into your rental window, which is when your ceremony will be scheduled to begin.

If you arrive early, you will need to wait outside until your reservation time begins.

Guest Count

A maximum of 15 guests is permitted.

Guests over the allowed limit will not be granted access to the venue.
Vendors, Rentals & Deliveries

All outside vendors must be communicated to your Simply Eloped planner in advance.

All vendors, rentals, deliveries, and pickups must take place within the one-hour rental window.

The venue does not provide chairs.

Chair or décor rentals are allowed but must come from approved vendors and follow the one-hour timing rule.

If you plan to have a second line starting at the Pharmacy Museum, we must be notified in advance so venue staff are aware.
Food, Drinks & Music

Alcohol is allowed on the premises.

You may bring a cake, but you are responsible for providing:

Plates
-
Forks
-
Napkins
-
A cake cutter
-

A small Bluetooth speaker is permitted.
-
Candles are allowed only if they are contained in glass vases to prevent wax spills.
Weather Plan

In the event of rain, the ceremony is permitted to be held indoors.
Important Notes

All deliveries must occur within the one-hour rental timeframe.

Failure to follow venue rules may result in a fine.
