Garden of the Gods Rules
What You Need to Know
Garden of the Gods is a public park and does not require a permit or fee from the park to get married.
Simply Eloped operates under a Commercial Use Permit that allows us to plan and coordinate ceremonies in the park. This permit covers our ability to operate as your planner, but it does not reserve or guarantee a specific ceremony location.
All ceremony spots are open to the public, cannot be reserved, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A Simply Eloped team member will be present for your ceremony. This may be your officiant, photographer, videographer, or an onsite helper.
For the Orchid Package, an onsite helper add-on is required to meet this requirement.
The Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center may limit or restrict commercial activity in the park at any time.
