What You Need to Know

This venue is an outdoor-only space with limited access and preservation-focused rules. Please review the details below to help your day run smoothly.


Time & Access

  • The couple will have 4 hours of use of the grounds.

  • Access to a get-ready room is included.

  • A venue employee will be on-site for the duration of the ceremony.


Parking

  • On-site parking is limited to 3 spaces total.

  • Carpooling or rideshare is strongly recommended.


Alcohol

  • Alcohol is not allowed at this venue.


Restrooms

  • On-site bathrooms are available.


Chairs, Arch & Décor

  • Chairs and an arch are available à la carte for an additional fee.

    • Please ask your Elopement Specialist for details.

    • Any arch or chairs provided are bare-bones and not decorated.

  • The venue does not provide décor through Simply Eloped.

  • Couples must provide their own décor and follow all venue rules.

  • All decorations must be fully removed by the end of the rental period.


Approved Décor & Items

The following items are generally permitted:

  • Free-standing décor (such as podium décor)

  • Floral arrangements

  • Bubbles, flower petals, ribbon wands, and bells

  • Items hung using removable hooks or zip ties


Prohibited Items

To help preserve the venue, the following are not allowed:

  • Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, silly string, or any non-biodegradable throwing materials

  • Open-flame candles

  • Fireworks, sparklers, or any pyrotechnics

  • Staking of any kind into the ground


Final Notes

  • This is a natural outdoor space, and preservation rules are strictly enforced.

  • Please plan setup, ceremony, and cleanup within your rental time and leave the space as you found it.
