Coordinate Your Simply Eloped Team and Schedule

Your Elopement Specialist coordinates your photographer, officiant, and any other Simply Eloped team members involved, so everyone is on the same page and ready for your big day. You’ll receive a detailed timeline for your ceremony, ensuring you know what to expect, when, and where. 

Answer Questions About Your Venue and Provide Venue-Specific Solutions

We understand that your venue is a major piece of the puzzle, so your Elopement Specialist is always available to answer questions. Whether it’s about permit requirements, restroom locations, parking, or venue-specific guidelines, we keep up-to-date with our venues and ensure you’re informed and prepared. Life happens—even unexpected events like weather disruptions or venue closures. If unforeseen issues arise, your Elopement Specialist will help provide creative solutions so you can focus on celebrating rather than stressing. 

Secure Permits (Where Applicable)

In select locations, we’ll handle securing permits for your chosen destination, so you don’t have to navigate the sometimes-complicated permitting process on your own. 

Offer Recommendations for Dining and Lodging

Need suggestions for a cozy post-ceremony dinner or a charming place to stay? Your Elopement Specialist can offer recommendations for dining and lodging that match your style and make your entire experience feel special.

Coordinate Flowers and Delivery

We’ll coordinate your flowers from our available bouquets and boutonnieres and make sure your flowers are delivered to the right place at the right time. Our Elopement Specialist handles the details to ensure that your blooms are fresh, beautiful, and exactly what you envisioned.

Guide You Through the Marriage License Process

Navigating marriage license requirements can be tricky, but your Elopement Specialist has the know-how to guide you through the process. If you’re visiting from out of state or out of country your Elopement Specialist is here to offer direction and advice to ensure all legal requirements are met. They’ll provide step-by-step guidance to ensure you have everything you need to secure your license on time.

Support for UK and International Weddings

If you’re traveling from the UK or another country for your elopement, your Elopement Specialist will help you navigate the unique requirements for international couples. From understanding legal documentation to meeting local regulations, they’ll ensure you know how to keep your paperwork in order so you can focus on your special day.

Coordinate Payments and Invoices

Your Elopement Specialist will coordinate payments and invoices, simplifying the financial aspect of your elopement. With clear communication and transparency, we make sure everything is in order, so you can focus on your experience rather than the paperwork.

What Your Elopement Specialist Does *Not* Handle

While your Elopement Specialist is here to help, there are some responsibilities we do not currently take on. Here’s a list of what falls outside the scope of our services at this time:

Working with Vendors Outside Your Simply Eloped Team

While you are welcome to use outside vendors if you like, our team do not coordinate directly with them. This helps us stay focused on managing our team and delivering the best possible Simply Eloped experience.

Coordinating Transportation, Lodging, or Dining Reservations

While we’re happy to recommend places to stay and eat, Simply Eloped does not book transportation, lodging, or dining reservations on your behalf. There is an exception to this! If you book our Wildflower Package in NYC or New Orleans, we will coordinate your transportation around the city! 

Planning Your Reception

We focus on creating the perfect ceremony experience, but at this time we do not handle reception planning. If you’re interested in having a post-ceremony celebration, your Elopement Specialist can offer helpful recommendations for local venues and resources.

Coordinating Ceremony Rehearsals

Our Elopement Specialists do not coordinate ceremony rehearsals. Your Simply Eloped team will have ample experience with elopements and will make sure your day is seamless without the need for a practice run! If you choose to include an on-site helper in your package, they will also be there to ensure everything flows smoothly on your big day. 

From recommending local gems to guiding you through your timeline and marriage license, our Elopement Specialists handle every detail to make your elopement day everything you dreamed of and more.  Their expertise, care, and dedication ensure that your experience is seamless and stress-free, allowing you to fully embrace the joy of your special day. Whether it’s finding the perfect ceremony spot, coordinating with your team of professionals, or offering tips to make the most of your location, your planner is with you every step of the way.
