What You Need to Know

This venue has both indoor and outdoor event space with preservation and property protection rules in place. Please review the details below to help your day run smoothly.

Time & Access

Please be mindful of your rental period and ensure all setup, celebration, and cleanup are completed within your reserved time.

All decorations, personal items, and event materials must be fully removed by the end of your event.

Noise Policy

Noise must remain at a reasonable level at all times, as determined by the venue team.

Amplified music and all outdoor music must end by 10:00 PM.

Noise complaints or violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine.

Candles & Fire Safety

Open flames are not allowed at this venue.

Real candles are prohibited.

LED or flameless candles are permitted.

Fireworks, sparklers, and other open-flame elements should not be used unless specifically approved by the venue.

Chairs, Arch & Décor

Couples must follow all venue décor guidelines to protect the property.

Any décor brought onsite must be fully removed after the event.

Please avoid anything that could damage walls, wood, landscaping, or permanent structures.

Approved Décor & Items

The following items are generally permitted:

Free-standing décor

Floral arrangements

LED or flameless candles

Décor attached using non-damaging, removable methods approved by the venue

Prohibited Items

To help preserve the venue, the following are not allowed:

Confetti, glitter, or other non-biodegradable throwing materials

Open-flame candles or real candles

Nails, screws, staples, hooks, or any permanent fixtures

Digging, staking, or penetrating items into the ground, walls, wood, or other surfaces

Any décor that causes permanent damage to the property

Conduct Expectations

Disorderly conduct, illegal activities, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your event may result in forfeiture of your Date-Hold Fee and Security Deposit.

Cancellations made within 180 days of the event date may also result in forfeiture of any paid License Fees.

Final Notes

This venue takes property care and guest experience seriously, and all rules are strictly enforced.

Please plan accordingly, communicate expectations with your guests and vendors, and leave the space exactly as you found it.
