What You Need to Know
This venue allows décor customization while maintaining strict safety and property protection guidelines. Please review the details below to help your day run smoothly.
Time & Access
All décor setup and removal must be completed within your reserved rental time.
Couples are responsible for ensuring all décor, personal items, and event materials are fully removed by the end of the event.
The venue reserves the right to require removal of any décor that violates venue policies.
Candles & Fire Safety
Open flames are not allowed unless specifically approved by the venue.
Open flame candles may only be used if they are fully enclosed in protective holders and use dripless candles.
Flameless LED candles and sand candles are strongly recommended alternatives.
Fireworks and real sparklers are not allowed.
Cold spark machines are permitted.
Chairs, Arch & Décor
Decor is allowed as long as it does not damage the venue or violate safety regulations.
Please avoid anything that could damage walls, wood, flooring, landscaping, or permanent structures.
Only painter’s tape may be used for temporary décor installation.
Nails, staples, tacks, or other penetrating items may not be used on walls, wood surfaces, or venue structures.
Approved Décor & Items
The following items are generally permitted:
Free-standing décor
Floral arrangements
Flameless LED candles
Sand candles
Cold spark machines
Structured balloon décor, such as balloon arches secured to a frame, when approved indoors
Temporary décor installed using painter’s tape
Prohibited Items
To help preserve the venue, the following are not allowed:
Confetti or glitter
Sand or oil-based sprays
Fireworks or real sparklers
Loose balloons, including helium, latex, foil, or air-filled balloons not secured to a structure
Nails, staples, tacks, or other permanent fixtures
Any décor that causes damage to the venue or structures

This venue prioritizes both beautiful celebrations and protecting the property for future events.
Please plan setup, celebration, and cleanup within your reserved time and leave the space exactly as you found it.
