What You Need to Know

These rules apply to all ceremonies held at Sekrit Theater. This is a privately owned venue, and all rules are strictly enforced.

Guest Count

  • Maximum of 20 guests, not including the couple or vendors.

Venue Access & Exclusivity

  • Your booking includes exclusive access to the full 2.5-acre property during your permitted time.

  • This includes the garden, greenhouse, bridal suite, restrooms, and designated photo areas.

Entry, Exit & Timing (Strict)

  • Guests and vendors may arrive no more than 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.

  • All guests, vendors, and personal items must exit the property within 15 minutes after the ceremony end time.

  • Additional time is not permitted unless arranged in advance with the venue.

  • These rules are enforced to prevent overlap with other events.

Time on Site

  • Time on site is based on the permit purchased (typically 1–2 hours).

  • Setup, ceremony, portraits, and breakdown must all take place within your permitted time.

  • Buffer time before and after ceremonies is reserved by the venue and is not available for guest use.

Alcohol, Candles & Throwing Items

  • Alcohol is permitted.

  • Candles are allowed only if enclosed in votives.

  • Sparklers, smoke bombs, and open flames are not permitted.

  • Flower petals, confetti, rice, glitter, or similar items may not be thrown or scattered.

  • Any wax drips will result in a cleaning fee.

Chairs, Décor & Setup

  • Chairs and décor are allowed.

  • Chairs are provided on site.

  • Couples are responsible for setting up chairs and returning them to their original location after the ceremony.

  • Sekrit Theater is a DIY-style venue with vintage props and artistic installations.

  • All décor and personal items must be removed by the end of the permitted time.

Music, WiFi & Streaming

  • Music is allowed.

  • WiFi is available but not guaranteed due to weather and other factors.

Accessibility, Parking & Amenities

  • The venue is wheelchair accessible with the following considerations:

    • Stairs lead down into the greenhouse

    • Stairs lead up to the bathroom in the tiny house

  • On-site restrooms are available.

  • Ample on-site parking is available.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed.

  • Pets must be leashed at all times.

Receptions & Additional Events

  • Receptions are allowed at Sekrit Theater.

  • Reception details, timing, and any additional fees are coordinated directly with the venue.

Final Notes

  • Please treat all structures, props, and installations with care.

  • Failure to follow venue rules may result in additional fees or immediate event interruption.

  • Simply Eloped coordinates the ceremony reservation only. Any additional event planning beyond the ceremony is handled directly with Sekrit Theater.
